Re: Letter 1, Introduction of Effort and EXODUS II: 2028

Please see this video and attached informational sheets that we, that is, Ms. Yolonda Gonzalez, et al, and I have been distributing in the Venice neighborhood surrounding the Abbott Kinney Memorial Library encampment located in Centennial Park.
We strongly invite you to join with us in what is already being done, and the intents of our purpose.
Presently, it’s my transparent intention to influence those of you who graciously answered our We the People summons at the Neighborhood, Outdoors, Public Forum, “Right Here, Right Now. Right To Where?”, to organize with you, the creation of an ad hoc, body politic, that transcends electoral, partisan politics and governmental, jurisdiction barriers as well as likes and dislikes of one another, should that be a case, etc.
You are commended for the courageous demonstration of your respective, mutually collective intent, to successfully and humanely (non FEMA directed, military enforcement) resolve homelessness culture “Right here, right now. Right To Where?”
In follow up, the Justiceville, White House Negotiating A-Team request your immediate participation to work with us to influence the Presidency of the United States (POTUS), to immediately issue the necessary Presidential Executive Order(s) that comprehensively, strategically, nationally, implements a policy and plan that will resolve homelessness culture and its “mainstream” societal causes.
The code word for this is EXODUS II: 2028, being based on the Hebrew Holy Scriptures (Biblical) narrative of The Exodus.

Our long term strategy surrounds the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, thereby, getting ahead of the time when government(s) then will repeat same insane, dehumanizing practice of forcefully removing homeless US citizens, many of whom are Veterans, away from to be “out of sight, out of mind” of the world’s eyes. “The Whole World Is Watching!”
Spanning thirty-eight (38) years, this, the most visible, purported “world class” city on earth, Los Angeles, dubbed “National Capital of Homelessness”, has on three (3) occasions, violated US Civil Rights, as well as International Human Rights Laws, thereby a capital crime against all humanity by this ugly, embarrassing behavioral practice.
The travesties played out on the global stage for the LA 1984, Summer Olympics; August 1987 Papal visit of John Paul II; and recently, the season of the 2022, Super Bowl World Championship, i.e., Inglewood, whereby the abused homeless were primarily, US black citizens.
Note: In just four (4) years into my voluntarily, live in “as one” with primarily black homeless citizens, in an act of civil disobedience, I became the only person on the Papal, American tour to bodily protest his “blind”, irresponsible behavior of acquiescence. GOD Knows!
To save LA from embarrassing us all again, our White House Negotiating A-Team is presently launching, perhaps, the most unique, vision inspired, timeline driven impetus, which stimulates excitingly hopeful, joyous in united love, peace and good will for humanity campaign on earth.

In order to accomplish this worthy and lofty objective, it’s imperative that the USICH immediately implement the “EXODUS II: 2028” which is the current version of the January 1, 1863, President Lincoln Emancipation Proclamation, Presidential Executive Order.
We would like to share with you some of the strategic details as soon as possible, as we are making return plans to the White House.
Note: Dating back to the Trump Administration of late September to December 2019, we will be working on and from the foundation which our A-Team laid then. So we kind of have a head start. However, with your active participation matters will excelerate expeditiously.
