Open Letter to Rick Caruso and Others Seeking Electoral Employment

Excuse me for “butting in”, on the present, electoral, political job seeking around homelessness resolution, but as the foremost, Civil Rights-Homelessness Resolution activist in Los Angeles and America of 37 years, having the keenest insight to, and on homelessness culture, long before any of the peoples presently seeking elected, public employment from We the People…

…who mysteriously and suddenly “came to Jesus”, thanking GOD that finally they have, and are now in this 2022 election cycle, wanting us, the voter-taxpayer, to believe and trust them with YOUR Vote and hard-earned Money, by hastily proclaiming that respectively, they each have that illusive, “THE Only PLAN – THE Only SOLUTION to solve homelessness culture which has developed over 3 ½ decades…

… I WOULD BE REMISS.

This is especially poignant, as it relates to the “systemic racism” caused, disproportion of American African, US, federal, black citizens of the 1866-68 Civil Rights/14th Amendment Act of citizenship.

How are you and the other electoral job seekers going to deal with this highly sensitive matter of which White House (USICH) policy states, as well as that of our mutual friend, LA Mayor, the Hon. Eric Garcetti, and County Board of supervisors, along with the moral impetus of the African American, black clergy, must be prioritize first if homelessness is to be resolved.

This is especially true of you Mr. Rick Caruso, my friend whose business genius I have long admired, regardless of what yours and the others seeking electoral employment with “THE PLAN THE SOLUTION”, without having an actual comprehensive, strategic, national policy and plan, federally and directly implemented by Presidential, Executive Order(s) that mandates every state, county and municipality throughout the country to comply with that of the federal, such as the Justiceville EXODUS II: 2028 LA Olympic Gold Homelessness Resolution…

…your well-meaning, beautiful efforts are simply refueling the now, institutionalized, homelessness industrial complex (IHIC), or have we not learned this multi-billion dollars lost, lesson, yet.

Mr. Caruso, sir, given the economic prowess and huge influence within the amazing capacities of your present, professional occupation…

if you, like myself (who has the unassailable, historical, track record, with most unique, “hands on” experiences in homelessness ever, along with decades of aggressive activism, being in 24-7, deep, cognizant thought on the matter)…

or anyone else with similar experiences as mine, by now, would Have Produced, a, “THE PLAN” (perhaps, not exactly as I have honed over into one like no other) and also, Resolved It.

Given the capacity of your present powers, you alone can lead the national movement that will and must, humanely (non-FEMA militarily enforced) resolve homelessness culture without being LA mayor.

In fact, you,of all private citizens could have led the government and all sectors of society to actually achieve that lofty, “illusive” objective many “over nights”, i.e., decades ago.

However, while that chance has often come to you, yet, today, like no other person of such capacity, it still remains yours to achieve for all humanity, not as mayor, but “RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW. RIGHT TO WHERE?”, that is, if you really want to.

As everyone else who is seeking our Votes and Dollars, you honestly just don’t know how to humanely resolve homelessness culture.

Actually, to be fair, how could you know?!? Or anyone else, for that matter.

It would be cruel to you for us to expect folks like yourself all to know the precise remedies to this societal malady not caused by homeless persons, but social, political economic leaders within our society.

Not only is it cruel and unfair to you, but is unconstitutional, as you are not ordered “to more perfect the Union, establish Justice, ensure Domestic Tranquility, etc.,”, i.e., resolve homelessness, but rather that work is the dutiful responsibility of a cognizant, functioning, We the People body politic, which lacking in Venice Beach, all of Los Angeles, the State of California, and throughout our beloved country.

Example, to illustrate my point:

“Homelessness is the ultimate statement of what is wrong within society.”
(The Hon. Congress Member, also my friend, Maxine Waters)

You and they are a very brilliant businessperson(s), but not an, experienced, studied, knowledgeable, Civil Rights/Homelessness resolution activist with the acumen and the impressive track record experience, supported by official, Resolution documents that I uniquely am in possession of.

With due respect to you and the others, while you all possess the sharp acumen of money, politics, prestige, etc., You Are Not Me, and therefore, naturally, not in possession of the necessary acumen that qualifies you to now, suddenly, as out of nowhere, to arrive on the “battle front”, to make such clams of properly managing this particularly, intricately detailed, and multi-complexed matter.

Such a task absolutely requires and demands the skills of a highly experienced and knowledgeable person(s), which is a very rare, and living asset to find.

Even as you are unique in your respective acumen and skill sets, so am I in mine, which humane, homelessness resolution.

Compete with you, or any of the others in business acumen is an impossible, but neither can you, in that of mine.  Fair to say?!?

Over the last 37 years, with extremely little to no money, and the sacrificial aide of homeless persons transformed into activist, supported by wonderful friends, I have tenaciously prompted, even undeniably influenced, led and laid the primary foundational roots that has set the trends of homelessness awareness today.

This is so much so, that in nearly every critical matter, particularly that of encampments (based on the original 1985 Justiceville) and “tiny ‘house’ villages” (based on Dome Village 1993-2007), etc., it is now everyone’s focal point of discussion.

If a financially, societal status, political power challenged, me and my friends can achieve all the above mentioned, with practically nothing, especially compared to the billions of dollars wasted by our government employees who were ill advised by the recipients of that money, i.e., social services outreach agents, implementing strategical plans similar to Justicevilles’,

SURELY, A RICK CARUSO COULD HAVE RESOLVED HOMELESSNESS MANY “OVERNIGHTS” AGO.

NOW SIR, IS THE TIME FOR YOU STEP UP.  JUST LIKE YOU COULD HAVE RESOLVED IT YEARS PAST, IT’S NOT TOO LATE TO DO SO NOW.

IMAGINE, IF YOU, “RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW…”, UNITED WITH ALL THE OTHERS SET THIS NATION ON THE RIGHT TRACK, YOUR ACTION WILL TRULY DEMONSTRATE HOW MUCH MORE YOU WOULD DO AS MAYOR.

THIS IS YOUR MOMENT SIR. IT’S BEING GIVEN TO YOU. “BUT WHAT YOU GONNA DO WIT IT”

The Same Goes To All The Rest of You Proclaiming Your, “THE PLAN-THE SOLUTION”
You know how to reach me.

Thanks and all the best to you my friend and friends.

GOD’s Blessings upon us all,

Ted Hayes – Justiceville
Agape-Shalom!
