It’s imperative that as a functioning, We the People body politic, emanating from Los Angeles (the National Capital of Homelessness, and that of homeless, US military Veterans), summon the President of the United States (POTUS) to issue an Presidential Executive Order(s), in connection with or even in completion, or “Part II” of the January 1, 1863, Emancipation Proclamation issued by President Abraham Lincoln that will humanely, resolve homelessness culture throughout our Union Republic, beginning from Venice Beach-LA, by the year 2028, when Los Angeles will for the third (3rd) time host the Summer Olympics.
