The Options Policy

For obvious reasons, the present condition of societal, forced homelessness culture is unsustainable, which 1) social services, 2) police and 3) sheriffs are unable resolve.

The Three (3) Options to Resolve Homelessness Culture:

  1. Leave As Is – Unacceptable and unsustainable nor practical and feasible
  2. EXODUS II – The most practical and immediate approach
  3. Military Enforced – Unacceptable to both housed and homeless-unhoused, as it will destroy all civil society. This draconian measure must be avoided at all costs of and for freedom

    Note:
      EXODUS II also summons the military as the necessity by which its objective came be accomplished, hence, military benevolence, even according to measures such as; The Start B. McKinney – Vento Homeless Assistance Act, Title V stating that any all suitable federal properties, lands, i/e., decommissioned military bases, etc., for the resolution of homelessness.This operation is conducted under jurisdiction of the White House US Interagency Council On Homelessness (USICH), whereby the Justiceville, White House Negotiating A-Team has the auspices and oversight of FMA the benevolent utilization of military in the full execution and implementation of EXODUS II.

It is now the evidential reality that the present, growing situational circumstances of homelessness cultures is unsustainable, geo-physically, financially, politically, socially, civically, psychologically (emotionally), and morally-spiritually, particularly as GOD equally sees us all, including the “outcast”, i.e., homeless.

Such is particularly troubling as it has negative, psychological effects on homeless citizens as well as those of “mainstream” society, as it is inhumane to society force human beings to languish in “the streets”, a situation that we will not tolerate for domestic pets.

Shame on us all for not truly listening to the fact that the homeless majority WANT the help, however, not the way it’s being insensitively shoved at them by people and entities who don’t know them, nor think that their willingness to voluntarily relocate out of urbanity, is cruel!

What is cruel is a Homeless Industrial Complex (HIC), which is closely related to the ever growing, stock investment of the Prison Industrial Complex (PIC) of which they know does nothing but transforms their humanity into living, human, commodities for financial and political profit, rather than to actually to help them.

Therefore, of the three (3) options, only two (2) are left that make the cut are:

 EXODUS II, The Justiceville Comprehensive, Strategic, National Policy and Plan, that humanely resolves homelessness culture and its “mainstream” causes.
Note: To date, this is the only such ideal in the USA

Draconian and Military Enforcement, i.e., forced relocation of homeless, US citizens from urban and suburban center communities and neighborhoods onto federal reserve (decommissioned military bases?), and/or other public properties, for indefinite quarantining within “public health and safety” facilities…never being able to leave, having nowhere to go or return to a rejecting mainstream society from whence they were initially force out of.

Here again, We the People are being granted and ordered to make the correct decision to employ the aide of a benevolent military, in order to prevent a that which is draconian.  It’s really up to us!  We can’t fail!

The Narrative
Mainstream societal stresses rejection of so called, unwilling to “follow rules”, i.e., “weak” human beings can’t handle the turbulent currents.

Even before, the COVID pandemic, rentals for the smallest apartments, including rooming spaces, or even locations to build “affordable” housing, combined with the high costs of living, particularly given the present, significant, and rapid increase of inflation, including over population, the stresses of “mainstream” is/has both, pushed/driven/forced economic, socially and psychologically “weaker” persons out of society into homelessness, while simultaneously locking homeless persons out of it.

This present, modern day American scenario of homelessness, is similar to the Biblical narrative of the Exodus, the ancient enslavers (Egyptians) refused the allow the enslaved to equally participate in society, yet would not allow the enslaved (Hebrew-Israelites) to leave for freedom, but rather holding them in bondage for profitable gain.Note: Once a person is out, especially more than six (6) months, the chances of reentering into “mainstream” is highly unlikely or just impossible.
Note: Those of poverty statuses who desire to participate in “mainstream”, even with its heightening stress levels, are forbidden to enter.

Even if all homeless persons sincerely wanted to participate in the growing shelter efforts, and all willingly left the “streets”, i.e., sidewalks, automobiles, etc., and they were all sheltered in the various programs from tiny houses villages to hotels, etc., the question is, “Where in the mainstream will they go, and how will they sustain and maintain their stay there?
Note: As the internal organs, i.e., intestines, naturally push and squeeze fecal matter out of the anatomy as useless waste; and as white corpuscles fight off diseases, so it is with mainstream and homeless persons.

Homelessness Culture
Though pushed out into the harshness of homelessness, as normal human beings, after being in such condition, formerly housed persons, naturally adjust, acclimate and culturize into it; thereby embracing the “pain” which keeps them sane, then they subsequently recognize the freedom from stressed out mainstream and shed their desire to be there.

Note: In other words:
a. homelessness cultured persons have discovered tranquility in what appears to onlookers to be misery;
b. even as the slave who inadvertently wandered off the plantation and tasted liberation from slavery, and finding new-found freedoms, they subsequently have no desire to return to it;
c. or, the person who escaped his/her burning mansion, and correctly refusing to re-enter it.

The Social Services Failures
Since 1985, after billions of tax payers dollars granted to the social services to rectify homelessness culture, they have miserably failed to resolve it, haven’t, but rather squandered on themselves by the HIC, and doing nothing to get the homeless out of the very stressful “mainstream” and/or urban locales that caused them all the stress in the first place.

Local Law Enforcement

The LA Police Department has also failed on many levels, including being stymied by the Jones and Boise Acts, as well other stringent “red tape” policies that prevents enforcement of the laws of all important, public health and safety codes, which is why the LASD stepped up to resolve the matter.

LA Sheriff’s Department has simply made matters worse by its intervention, as given the general public the impression that “something” is being done, but in actuality, the homeless persons and their encampments were/are simply moved to another location, but not out of homelessness.

In fact, by making the matter worse, due to false premises of its actions, the Sheriff has made the matter worse by first raising hopes which are being dashed, thereby leaving public opinion to have no choice but to support an eventual military option.

Studies after Studies are wasting taxpayer dollars and doing NOTHING for the homeless or the housed. We have studied the issue to death.  No more voting to do a study.  The Citizens, THE PEOPLE have done all the studies you could ever need, and the lack of appropriate action is beyond astounding while service providers make millions off the available funds and accomplish nothing.

What will new politicians running for office do to solve this? Will they listen or think they can present the same platform of old and tired rhetoric of “I have a plan”.  Show us that plan.  Don’t say you have one.  If you have one, then show it.
