Greetings May 10th Forum Participants, Shalom!
In this essence of time moment, next week, as our first initial contact since December 2019, the Justiceville, White House Negotiating A-Team is re-approaching the White House Interagency Council On Homelessness (USICH) to begin negotiations for an President Abraham Lincoln, January 1, 1863, Emancipation Proclamation-like, Presidential Executive Order to immediately implement EXODUS II: 2028, the humane (non FEMA-directed, military enforcement) resolution to homelessness culture and abating it’s “mainstream” causes.

It would be a wonderful testament of our unified concern, and therefore a willingness to work with the USICH on resolving homelessness first from Los Angeles, its’ National Capital, emanating from out of the Centennial Park encampment that surrounds the Abbott Kinney Memorial Library at 501 S. Venice Blvd.

When you have viewed its contents, would you please RSVP your commitment to sign onto this great effort, that I may know our actual strength proceeding forward.

Los Angeles is a national matter of homelessness due to the following factors:

A. highest numbers of US citizens homeless persons;
B. from all over our Republic, either by –
C. “Grey Hound/Amtrak/Jet Therapy”, i.e. sent from other government jurisdictions
D. personal migration due to government care and good weather
E. foreign refugees, and migrants, illegal entry into our Republic

Therefore, we have the moral right, the US Constitutional, dutiful responsibility, as a functioning, We the People body politic ordered to more perfect the Union, etc.”, to immediately summon for, and expect of the President of the United States (POTUS) to issue that Presidential Executive Order(s) for USICH implement the EXODUS.

Remember, we are standing on a twenty-three (23) years foundation of the Four (4) government Jurisdiction, of LA City Council, and County Board of Supervisors, as well as the City of Santa Monica, and the ad hoc 1999 JSAP document of the Law Enforcement Working Group, all of which unitedly calls for such Presidential action.

Note: “EXODUS II: 2028” is code for – The Comprehensive, Strategic, National Policy and Plan that humanely (non-FEMA directed, military enforcement) resolves homelessness culture and its’ “mainstream” causes.

So please, take the time to peruse and study this matter ASAP, as this is another, and even more important action that each of you, in the capacity of your present, professional occupations, can perform “Right Here, Right Now. Right To Where?”, for that besieged and weary neighborhood of VB Library, as well as all the others throughout LA, California and our Republic.
