Presently, I was preparing another note to you, but had to change my course, in light of the recent revelations Los Angeles racism against American African, US, black citizens of federal, “super” citizenship status.
This revelation verifies, vindicates, affirms the correct assessment, hence policy of the White House-Office of Domestic Policy – USICH, that “systemic racism” is the primary cause for why the descendants of chattel slaves, et al, are the disproportionate in numbers and complexities, thereby the predominance in homelessness culture.
Enter White-Caucasian Hispanic-Latino With Traditional, Anglo White-Caucasian
Apparently, there has always been rampart anti-black sentiment throughout the Republic of Mexico, Central and America, i.e., Hispanic/Latino countries.
While I have my speculations of its existence, it is a great mystery as to why this racist sentiment permeates through those ethnic cultures, because to knowledge, the American Africans have not committed harms upon these unsuspecting and manipulated peoples.
In fact, those Hispanic/Latinos of darker skin hue were and remain under the “swashbuckling bootheels” of the once, great Spanish and Portuguese Empires, which initiated the Transatlantic-African Slave Trade into The Caribbean, Central and South America, particularly Brazil.
It seems that since the 1965 Immigration Reform bill, whereby many citizens of these nations’ immigrants have entered the United States Republic, legally, but primarily by illegal means, with millions of them being granted amnesty for their crime, along with the abusive misuse of the 14th Amendment, Section 1.
Unfortunately, these innocent peoples have brought with them, added to Anglo-white-Caucasian, their own brand of Spanish-white- Anglo, Caucasian, racial hurtfulness to the Americans of chattel slavery inheritance and heritage, upon whose backs they ignorantly, and ungratefully stand.
This LA revelation is what we have known for decades, whereas others have been aware of it even longer, GOD, El Shaddai, The Most High has “brought to light” by these power intoxicated, group of certain Hispanic-Latinos.
However, it is little known that according to their own birth certificates, Hispanic-Latino are actually white, Caucasian, but Spanish ethnic culture, as there is no such designating identity in the US, federal government policy as, “brown race”, i.e., La Raza.
Therefore, whether from Anglo, or Hispanic-Latino, we American African race is once again being targeted for racial discrimination and elimination from America’s Dream society, being manifested by our predominance in homelessness.
The Hon. Congresswoman, Maxine Waters correctly says,
“Homelessness is the ultimate statement of what is wrong within society”.
Hence, the greatest wrong or imperfection that is systemically embedded within American society, is indeed a proven, conjoined, Hispanic/Latino – Anglo white immigrant, anti-black racist animist that has recently been globally exposed in LA, and is no doubt, but only the “tip” of a massive, ethno-racial cleansing, of which I have personally experienced here for 37 years.
If this kind of racism is occurring at the highest levels of government and private sector in LA, no doubt, such racist mindset must permeate throughout the Hispanic-Latino communities against Jim Crowed Americans. You think?
Who Is Actually Is Racist?
For Years We Black Citizens and Civil Rights Activists Were Being Wrongly Accused of Racism Against Hispanic-Latino White Peoples, which we now is just the very opposite.
It came as shocking and painful surprise to me in 2005, when I personally learned the hard way that the people whom I championed for 20 years, along with my own, held such unwarranted, racism against us chattel slave descendants.
Over the years when trying to explain this strange matter to local and national government authorities, my colleagues and I, being “black” skin hued, wooly haired, along with our associated, “Negroid features”, and characteristic manners…
…were instead accused of being racist against “Mexicans”, and “immigrants”, and/or Hispanic-Latino X, Chicano, et al, again, a white-Caucasian ethnicity, not a race in fact, by which we were condemned, “cancelled”, criminalized, villainized, and myself receiving several death threats from certain La Raza activist. To this day, it’s meant that I am not to be safe from them.
The Inventors of Multi-Ethnic-Culturalism, Are Crushed By It
As people, we have always been multi-ethno-racially culturally accepting of all peoples, especially since 1906, with the Los Angeles, Azuza Street, spiritual awakening when under the inspirational leadership of Rev. William Seymore, Mexican, i.e., Hispanic-Latino, Japanese, Chinese, white-Caucasian, as well as American Africans, together worshipped GOD-Jesus Christ, even in the height of the race segregation era of Jim Crowism.
Actually. We black citizens have always been welcoming to Hispanic-Latinos into our neighborhoods, and supported them in everyway possible, even my working with the Compton Mexican teens in Cricket, and our 13 years of services via Dome Village to the 18th Street gang neighborhood.
Yet, over the generations since, it appears that multi- cultural simply means,
“Everybody except us black citizens”, whereby every immigrant nationality as com to America built on our historical backs.
In real, Los Angeles time, you can now see and understand why I have had 37 years of resistance to help my fellow, homeless black citizens, et al, and why they/we are the predominance of homelessness in its National Capital, is filled with anti-black racism from both the Anglo and Hispanic-Latino communities, cleverly embedded within the systems of the city, county, state, and nation.
Therefore, in closing, I reiterate to you again, given our distinction from all other homelessness related NGO’s that it even more now behooves USICH to work with, separately and directly with the Jusiceville A-Team as we have repeatedly requested.
