Subject: Homelessness Resolution, Racial Healing Reconciliation – The “Successful Battle For The Soul of America”.
Greetings Ms. Ebersold, Mr. Olivet, Shalom!
This note, and letter is copied to all USICH Staff as this matter is direly important that as many concerned individuals and entities may take proper notice, as it involves the freedoms of us all, otherwise, I/we would not bother.

Please see the attached, and below letter that we want delivered the Hon. US Presidency of Mr. Joe R. Biden concerning the near future fate of all homeless – “Jesus” persons, US citizens, particularly those who are federal black.

In it, a very strong appeal is concerning our near future fate, and therefore would be much appreciated if the Biden Administration would duly recognize and top staff audience with us.

The growing matter around the 2028 Olympics and the relocation of homeless – “Jesus” peoples by rapid, “1-day” military enforcement, and the fact that the USICH has not met its promised late September “roll out” of its Strategic National Plan, along with the illegally growing, known 5,000,000 Foreign Nationals, plus the 2,000,000 plus the so called, “got-aways” who are now “Jesus” persons homeless drawing immense resources from our domestic homeless – “Jesus” persons.

The Team and I are prepared to come to DC and/or zoom with the pertinent staff to discuss this matter, even as we twice did with that of the Hon. US Presidency of Mr. Donald J. Trump in from later September 2019 to late December 2021.

Thanks kindly for your cooperation
Blessings

Re: Homelessness Resolution, Racial Healing Reconciliation – The “Successful Battle For The Soul of America”.

Greetings Mr. President, Shalom!
As you recall, in June 2008, one month before former, US President, the Hon. Barack H. Obama and your honorable self, accepted the Democratic Party’s nomination for the Presidency on August 28th, the then Congress morally enacted HR #194 (Simple) Apologizing For Slavery and Jim Crowism, wherein on behalf of all American, i.e., white citizens, this unprecedented Resolution, thrice seeks from its Subject Beneficiaries, i.e., we, federal, black citizens “reconciliation, reconciliation, reconciliation” for the wrongs committed against our chattel enslaved ancestors and Jim Crowed fore parents, as well as us Jim Crow Survivors, such as myself. (Sentences 14, 14, 17)

This wonderful Resolution is intended to initiate the restorative processes that results in the collective, generational, white-black US citizens’ national “wound” to soul of America.

Hence, your own, and morally correct, campaign slogan, “The Battle For The Soul of America”.

To make this battle for the soul of our beloved Republic and imperfect Union, as the first, real “salvo”, for the liberating freedom contained within the destiny of American African, US, black citizens, upon whose ancestors’ and fore parents’ backs and my mine, that this immigrant nation under GOD is built…

…all you need to do what is the late prophet, MLK prophesies, “I have a dream, that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of the American Creed. ‘We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal”, and “…to live up to the words (laws) that you (immigrants) wrote about us (chattel slaves), and thereby immediately audience with, and comply to our “any effort” that we may “make for our actual freedom”, even as enjoyed by white citizens” (The Act Sec. 1)

Therefore, Be It Resolved, That the House of Representatives–

(1) acknowledges the fundamental injustice, cruelty, brutality, and inhumanity of slavery and Jim Crow;

(2) apologizes to African Americans on behalf of the people of the United States, for the wrongs committed against them and their ancestors who suffered under slavery and Jim Crow; and

(3) expresses its commitment to rectify the lingering consequences of the misdeeds committed against African Americans under slavery and Jim Crow and to stop the occurrence of human rights violations in the future.

Though this sacred document is not binding law, and still needing your signature, the Justiceville White House Negotiating A-Team, is according applying it as a guide to appeal to you for audience with us in order that we together might take that first step in the committed reconciliation it calls for.

Sir, presently, is is our valid concern that sometime, perhaps, between 2023-2026, at latest, mid-2927, before the 2028 Los Angeles Summer Olympics, there is a growing probable based on situational circumstances that there will be a US military enforced, relocation of American, homeless – “Jesus” people US citizens and the military enforced to facilities outside of our Republics’ urban centers where they will be forced to reside indefinitely.

As we are in agreement with White House Policy, that the cause for the disproportionate in numbers and complexities of black citizens homelessness, is “systemic racism” which must be immediately and loudly addressed as your Executive Director of the US Interagency Council On Homelessness (USICH), Mr. Jeff Olivet correctly espouses.

Such as disastrous action will naturally strike us black citizens the hardest, therefore, all must be done to prevent the catastrophe that would dissolve the Union, and loose Our Republic.

Audience with us will result in the ability of the Biden Administration to finally actualize what the federal government in general has failed to accomplish in the matter of white-black citizens’ racial reconciliation; and the recent 35 years (1987-2022) existence of USICH’s admitted failures to resolve the ever burgeoning, homelessness culture crisis via its “housing first” model.

At his point, without going into great details about what we will present to you and staff, our correct appeal is based on the January 1,1863 Emancipation Proclamation Executive Order of then President Abraham Lincoln, and the 1866-68 Civil Rights/14th Amendment Act (The Act) of the federal, original Birthright, “super” citizenship status of black citizens, i.e., descendants, therefore of the inheritance and heritage of our imperfect Union’s racist chattel slavery system.

Sentence 2, B of the Emancipation Proclamation authorizes American Africans to expect from the President and the US Armed Forces to comply with whatever black citizens deems best for their full participation in the American Dream quest, saying,

“…and the Executive Government of the United States, including the military and naval authority thereof, will recognize and maintain the freedom of such persons, and will do no act or acts to repress such persons, or any of them, in any efforts they may make for their actual freedom.”

Whether you, the POTUS, or/and the Secretary of Defense agree or not, with those “any efforts that they may make for their actual freedom” both offices are respectively ordered:

1.     to no “do no act or acts to repress” the Subject Beneficiaries, but rather instead,

2.     “recognize and maintain the freedom such persons, such persons, or any of them…” thereby, supporting/lending the “tools” to achieve “actual freedom”.

Section 8, of The Act states that its Subject Beneficiaries, i.e., black citizen, when in dire distress, American Africans are authorized to audience with the POTUS to gain his active and direct support in our “actual freedom” quest, saying,

“…whenever the President of the United States shall have reason to believe that offences have been or are likely to be committed against the provisions of this act within any judicial district, it shall be lawful for him, in his discretion…for the purpose of the more speedy arrest and trial of persons charged with a violation of this act;”

Sir, by audience with us, you will then “have reason to believe” enough to take the appropriate actions that leads to rectification “past offenses”, i.e., systemic racism, as well as prevent any “likely to be committed” against their Section 1, their/our citizenship, “as is enjoyed by white citizens.” (The Act, Sec. 1)

We descendants of America’s chattel slaves do recognize the grave dangers and devastations that the soon coming season of the 2028 Los Angeles Summer Olympics will have upon us if not immediately the matters are immediately abated.

As all else has failed, it is now time to clear “the pathway” by which we cognizant black citizens access the granted authorities to both, “actualize their/our freedom”, and that of all US citizens.

However, should the military option be elected, the Union is lost and our Republic not kept.

Therefore sir, based on these lawful actions, as the first step to justified rectification and reconciliation, as well as according to HR #194, it’s imperative that you grant immediate audience with you and appropriate staff to discuss these matters of black homeless – “Jesus” peoples’ lives, and that of all American citizens.
