The team has been reviewing your response letter, as it is packed with a lot of potential opportunities, whereby we can work together as USICH is so rightly summoning every interest to do; as well as reviewing and studying the contents of your website.

As for me, I very encouraged by what is there, even relaying to the Team that your openness, at least to Justiceville, has been forthcoming more than all the Presidential Administrations since that of the late, Hon. George H.W. Bush POTUS 41, even though we have not yet been invited to White House for in person talks with the Mr. Olivet himself, et al.

In fact, we visited 41 once, then four times in that of the Hon. William “Bill” J. Clinton, and twice with the Hon. Donald J. Trump Administration from late September to December 2019.

Thus far, your policies, especially that of “systemic racism”, and open invitation to participate with a keen sense to hear from “on the ground” community leaders, which is awe inspiring, therefore, I intend to share as much with USICH as you are able to handle.

Note: In 1999, the LA County Board of Supervisors sent a letter to Mr. Clinton calling for implementation of a strategic national plan based on the Justiceville Dome Village including mentioning my by name.

One can imagine that out of my 35 years experiences, knowledge and practical wisdom gained from the original Justiceville encampment in Skid Row, where all this began; through our 8 years of urban nomadic journeys into our own, “grass roots” – community created, trendsetting, Dome Village, and to our present situations.

Going forward with sending you pertinent information, as there is so much on many related topics, we will send them to you in their categories, such as Dome Village, how we worked with local related governments, including HUD and then LAHSA, the immediate neighborhood and community surrounding it.

Not to sound arrogant, but on this matter of encampment management and resolution, I am the best, living asset that USICH can have.

However, to fully appreciate my GOD given gift of love to you, we must spend some considerable time by email, zoomers, and most importantly, in person discussions.
