Statistics Reveals The Evidence of Systemic Racism
Due to the American societal, systems of racism, these immigrant peoples took unfair advantage of the those upon whose ancestors’, unwilling chattel enslaved backs, their erroneously purported, immigrant “nation under GOD”, is built.
Such continual, unabated, generational racism within society is the cause for black citizens to disproportionately lead all other ethno-racial identities in nearly every negative, national, social statistic, homelessness culture being its’ immediate and most visible subsequent.
“And those who hope that the Negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content, will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. There will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his citizenship rights. The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.” (Prophet MLK)
As Part III, the Narrative, I will explain some of the foundational stones that are being shaken.
In order to resolve, rectify and reconcile what the recent revelations in Los Angeles has verified, vindicated and affirmed the correct, USICH-White House assessment and policy that “systemic racism” is the primary cause for why American African, US, federal black citizens, descendants of chattel slaves, et al, are the disproportionate in numbers and complexities, the predominance in homelessness culture.
Therefore, the content of this note is designed to give context to why and how Hispanic/Latino, have since 1985, added their form of racist antics to the already systems of racism against black citizens upon whose chattel enslaved ancestors’ backs this erroneously purported, immigrant nation under GOD.
Note: While it is erroneously held, that Hispanic/Latino peoples are a La Raza, i.e., “brown race”, hence, a minority-majority, qualifying themselves as Civil Rights qualified for both statuses, thereby replacing black citizens, are truly designated the US federal, their home countries governments, including birth certificates, as white-Caucasian.
Note: The actual, true Subject Beneficiaries of the Civil Rights benefits, are American Africans, federal citizens of the only, exclusive “super” citizenship status, not because of race, i.e., skin color, etc., nor minority-majority statuses, but rather, is based on their non willing immigration, “lived experience”, entry into America, but rather of that of forced and enforced, 245 years of generations-destroying, chattel enslavement.
Note: According to the 2008, Official, Congressional Apology Resolution, HR #194, Apologizing For Slavery and Jim Crow, Sentence 2, stating, “Whereas slavery in America resembled no other form of involuntary servitude known in history, as Africans were captured and sold at auction like inanimate objects or animals;”
Note: The opening statement of the 1866 Civil Rights, progenitor of the 14th Amendment, the law of federal “super” citizenship status, states first and foremost,
“To protect all Persons in the United States in their Civil Rights, and furnish the Means of their Vindication”
The Foundations of Immigration, Chattel Slavery and Black Homelessness Matters
As you know, the historical foundations of systemic racism is the intertwined, exclusively “lived experience” of 245 years (1619-1865) of institutionalized, generations-destroying, chattel slavery and Black Codes-Jim Crowism of 99 years, dating 1865-1964.
These “double hammer blows” of injustice naturally developed vulnerabilities in everyone concerned, whereby by Americans of willing immigration inheritance and heritage, has benefited from this mostly unconscious, habitual abuse against American Africans, their fellows of another ethno-racial identity.
Again, you also know, except for the Indigenous of this Land, black citizens of American inheritance and heritage, are the only imported peoples not of willing immigration, but rather that of unwilling, chattel slavery and Jim Crowism.
Note: The Indigenous Peoples didn’t invite the immigrants to come to their land, but was rather unlawfully invaded, became victims of national genocides, and made homeless within their own homeland, subsequently causing generational damages to this present.
Apparently, as this 400 plus years old matter of Americas’ generational “race wound”, between white and black citizens of two, extremely distinct, American “lived experiences”, The Most High is not allowing this matter of the black lives phenomenon to “go away”, until such is fully rectified, healed and mutually reconciled with them both, equitably, as well as equally.
Actually, this “wound” to our national, generational, collective soul is not between black and white peoples, but rather, that of willing immigration inheritance and heritage, and those of unwilling chattel slavery, skin color excluded in the matter.
In my 71 years of maturing, I understand this healing which we all seek, involves reconciling understanding, whereby We the People together, can sober up from the dizzying, pain-causing, suspicious deliriums about each other.
“The marvelous new militancy, which has engulfed the Negro community, must not lead us to a distrust of all white people. For many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. And they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.” (Prophet MLK)
“I have a dream that one day on the red hills of Georgia, sons of former slaves and the sons of former slaveowners will be able to sit down together at the table of brotherhood.” (Prophet MLK)
Enter, Healing Systemic Rectification
With dutiful love for each other as to our individual selves, “to more perfect” this greatest of Our Union Republic’s imperfections, i.e., “wounds”, we together, by Preamble orders, will establish Justice, ensure Domestic Tranquility, and promote General Welfare of all Americans as envisioned by the founding fathers.
Also, as I understand matters, while not the fault of anyone alive today, we are nonetheless, the mutually conjoined inheritors of past generations’ unrectified woes, and thereby remain responsible to lovingly face those hard deeds and harsh, painful “wounds” found in those foundational “stones” of systemic racism.
By cognizant, “digging out”, uncovering or unearthing the causes of the society’s structural damages, we will naturally, out of self-human preservation, develop a rapid, but wisely constructed, edifice of systemic rectification healing.

The Digging Out and Uncovering The Foundations

In the Divine Light of what has been exposed in Los Angeles, we, US, federal, black citizens of “super” citizenship status of We the People body politic, and our supporters, expect to be granted the Presidential Seal of Authority to define and design our own destiny into full, actual freedom, even according to the January 1, 1863, President Executive of Abraham Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation, stating, in Sentence 2, B.
“and the Executive Government of the United States, including the military and naval authority thereof, will recognize and maintain the freedom of such persons, and will do no act or acts to repress such persons, or any of them, in any efforts they may make for their actual freedom.”
In light of what black citizens are confronting, it’s time that this Presidential power now be executed by our own hands as this mandate expects.
