No doubt you know about this matter in Los Angeles City Council, and the dilemma they and other short sighted government as well private sector individuals, entities and groups, pro and con, are further entangling themselves into, neither have a reasonable, sane, praticaly resolution to homelessness culture.
Such is all the more cause for USICH to continue allowing us to work with you, as we have perhaps, keenest foresight on this matter as it’s the actual forte’ of the Justiceville, and of which the “winds” of the growing, inflationary rise of mortgages, rentals, and cost of daily living “hurricane” economy are blowing right into our waiting and prepared “wheelhouse”.
