To be clear:
Of necessity, given our 1 hour time frame, presentations will be presented in newspaper headline form, to later circle back to a then basic expounding upon by each presenter to later be followed with a series of longer and in depth, detailed strategizing with USICH staff, et al. Like the “puzzle piece” metaphor.
This session is intended to simply be the door opener and beginning of our working partnership.
Prof. John Bollinger is sending you the itinerary and topic agenda, and if you would like to go over it with me before the session.
Actually, as host, I will open with introductions of the speaking Team in their order; and introducing yourself.
Then I will present the basic points of which each presenter will very briefly remark.
After that, we have approximately 15 minutes or more for questions for clarity and/or comment from you.
However, please at any time, feel free to interrupt any presenter for point of clarity or question.
As you know, these types of meetings, especially zoomers, like anything, almost always takes it their own characters. The guidelines are just that…guidelines to keep us on track, not “locked stepped”, so to speak.
Therefore, it’s intent to have a spirit informality and working friends.
Attached is my basic three (3) talking points, but utilizing that body of information, but just the subject topic, and this is for your direct information is with the other materials sent you.
