WARNING and Grave Admonition:
“We the People Are Facing Two Intertwining Homelessness Matters, Which Are the Military Enforced Relocation of Domestic Homeless; and 
the Emerging of Multi-National, Foreign National Homeless Soon To Be Under the Auspices of the United Nations Human Rights Commission and Subsequently, Every Other International Human Rights Watch Entities, Courts and Individuals, As Well As Nations Who Seek America’s Ultimate and Total Demise .” (as drafted by TH 09/26/2028)
The United State Interagency Council On Homelessness (USICH), which is under the auspices of the White House Domestic Policy Council, is scheduled to “roll out” it newest version of a strategic national plan to end and prevent homelessness in late September.
As the staff of USICH is keeping new stratagem classified until then, one can only imagine what they could possible devise that would not simply be another reshuffling of the same old, traditional ideals and programs which have demonstrated themselves to be failures, at taxpayer’s billions of wasted dollars expense.
In its 35 years existence (1987-2022), USICH has operated according to the assumed, but very fallibly flawed, strategic policy and plan to end and prevent homelessness, which is that of “housing first”, a realization that Justiceville declared 37 years ago.
For decades the White House agency continued the wasteful spending of taxpayers’ billions of dollars on “housing first” orientated, social services programs, even now admitting to four (4) previous failed or “OUTDATED” strategic plans,

The “Housing First” Option Is NOW Closed
In fact, USICH’s has finally come to the realization that the “housing first” stratagem is an economic, social and geo-physical impossibility, thereby leaving only two options to resolve homelessness and prevent its occurrence.
Housing no longer being an acceptable option, the primary content of the USICH “roll out” is none other than what Justiceville advocated 37 years ago, but without the DPC and other related ideals that would ensure humane results.
Following the Trend
Not based on some mysterious, psychic, ESP, etc., conjuring, but rather, economic, civic, and social trends, plus the added admitted failure of four previous USICH strategic plans, now combined with the failed “housing first” policy
In light of the looming dateline of the 2028 LA Summer Olympics, its LA, USA, and International Committees, as well as the local public/governments and private sector stakeholders are under extreme growing pressure to not repeat the embarrassing fiasco of the 1984, as it would seriously damage America’s international relations.
Such is now even more poignant when also considering that the growing homelessness numbers still emanating from the early 1980’s and 2008 recessions, combined with those resulting from the present growing, inflationary driven “hurricane” economy, but now even greater complicated by the complexities of the recent influx since 2021 of the nearly five million (5,000,000) Foreign Nationals homeless in our country.
Breaking it down by the processes of elimination.
- Housing first is unattainable – economically; socially, due to the correct, homelessness culture mindset of “mainstream” resistance; and geo-physically
- Encampment management – unsustainable, due to lack of Domestic Peace Force (DPC), “mixed multitude” measures
What Now Is The USICH Plan
Therefore, given this tragic scenario, USICH must devise a plan and strategy that will have relocated the masses of domestic first and Foreign National homeless persons out of sight and mind before the 2028 LA, Summer Olympics.
Given the elimination of the first two options, and considering the very short time frame, and knowing that what could not be achieved in 35 years with billions of taxpayers’ dollars, as of 2022, there remains just six (6) years to the 2028 Olympics, resolving homelessness is a total impossibility, except one final solution option, which is FEMA directed, military enforcement.
The Necessary Elements For Military Enforced Relocation
Seated at the “table” of the 19 federal departments of the USICH, is the Justice, Military and Interior, along with FEMA, which will be charged with mapping out the strategies of transporting the masses of homeless persons to the designated, prepared relocations sites.
Such a massive operation would rather be relatively simple, in that these primary departments have the personnel, resources, and experience in moving masses of people and equipment, even erecting functioning camps.
And of course, the “usual suspects”, social service of HUD, HHS, as well as Veterans Administration would be present at these what could be deemed “public health and safety” facilities.
Such a tragic operation must occur between 2023, perhaps, 2024, and no later than 2026, thereby allowing the American and world citizens time to sufficiently recover from the shock of Our Union Republic’s self-domicide, i.e., national suicide.
The Great Third Homelessness Crisis: Foreign Nationals
Perhaps, even before the aforementioned travesty occurs concerning Domestic Homeless, the USA may just loose its national, geo-political, as well as physical sovereignty, i.e., no longer having a southern border, due to the presence of the 5 plus million Foreign Nationals now homeless within our country.
It is imminent that the United Nations Human Rights Commission, along with other world, international human rights bodies such as courts and watch groups, such as Amnesty International, et al, will eventually and correctly declare the millions of homeless Foreign Nationals a “REFUGEES” and their encampments as “REFUGEE CAMPS”.
As USICH full well knows, that these matters are going to harm America’s federal, black citizens first, foremost and far worse than anyone else, if this matter is not abated NOW.
USICH, We the People have a problem! However, EXODUS II: LA 2028 can resolve it.
At least, allow us to try.
As With Ukraine, So Must It Be For America
As our federal government has sent, and continues to send dollars and equipment to Ukraine for its self-determination, it behooves and is imperative that USICH encouraged the Domestic Policy Council to advice the POTUS to release the necessary resources whereby EXODUS II: LA 2028 can be administered. However, bearing in mind, it is not requiring the use of taxpayers’ dollars.
Not having to go into great details about it at this time, as federal, black citizens, being under the protectorate of the POTUS according to the January 1, 1863 Emancipation Proclamation and 1866-68, Civil Rights /14th Amendment Act of super citizenship status, the White House must now finally allow me the opportunity to achieve that which Justiceville has with US Constitution correctness and highest national moral cause, consistently for 37 years called for.
To deny me, Justiceville this opportunity, would by the height of White House hypocrisy in the matter of systemic racism, against American African black citizens, forcing myself and millions of Americans to cry in protest, foul and shame on this nation, as will the whole world, remembering how it too recently shouted, “BLACK LIVES MATTER”, or perhaps, we shall soon find out that the SUBSTANCE of black lives, doesn’t matter after all.
