Re: Part I – Relocation of America’ Homeless Population: When, Where, How, What, Who?!? EXODUS II: LA 2028 or Military Enforcement

Greetings Mr. Jeff Olivet, Executive Director of USICH, Shalom!
Sir, as you can see, I’ve copied Ms. Scheider, and Ms. Mathis, whom I had the wonderful pleasure of discussing these matters with she and Ms. Wyse during the last Administration.

Trump Evolves The Homelessness Narrative From “Housing” Into “Relocation”

https://news.yahoo.com/trump-says-homeless-people-housed-215758542.html

As you know, in his recent speech on the rise of crime in America, former, Hon. US President, Donald J. Trump presented his alarming solution to homelessness, of which he says can be done “1 day”.

The former Commander in Chief, says that should if returned to the White House, he would relocate all the homeless into huge tent cities with supposed supportive amenities located outside urban centers on “cheep” land, an operation that could be achieved only by the forces and resources of the US military, i.e., federalized, state, National Guards.

As I know a big about this concept of “relocation”, and have been alluding to this inevitability, as opposed to enforcing the impracticality of massive, “mainstreaming” of homeless persons, what is the USICH, Domestic Council – White House policy on this matter?

Is USICH, et al, in agreement with Mr. Trump? If so, why?  If not, why?  What is the USICH alternative to resolving said, encampment homelessness?

In his presentation in contended that if his measures seem cruel, inhumane, raising the specters of German Nazi concentration and American internment camps of the WWII era, would Americans prefer to relegate US citizens to languish in the streets, of which they are complaining about.

Whether inadvertently or purposefully for the cause of opening and stimulating this necessary discussion, Mr. Trump has liberated what was once considered publicly unspeakable, or secretly whispered “behind closed doors”, is now emerging into open, public discussion.

Justiceville called this inevitability 37 years ago, and consistently offered the alternative, but thwarted by systemic racism, social class prejudice, and various elements of political assassination.

This discussion of relocation is the last gasp measure-alternative to the failed policies of “mainstreaming”, it just what, who, where, when, and how will it be conducted.

Relocation of Homeless Culture Is Now, Necessity
Agree or disagree with, like or dislike Mr. Trumps relocation ideals, the fact of the matter is, the man is correct.

An objective survey will reveal that upon knowing the only remaining options to the failed institutionalized, homelessness industrial complex (IHIC), of which decades of USICH has initiated funding for, 98% the American people agree with the ideal of “relocation”.

The Ironic Trump Administration’s USICH Response To The Relocation Proposition
Interestingly, when I brought this matter up to the Trump Administration’s USICH
, they irrationally rebuffed me, saying that no such policy or doctrine is written or discussed in the White House, and queried me as to where did I get such “false notions” and “misinformation”.

At which point, I replied that it was not accusatory of the White House of military enforced relocation, but rather, that it was/is a growing sentiment in the effected, besieged neighborhoods, and that we must get out in front of and thereby prevent it by implementing the Ideals of  Justiceville Comprehensive, Strategic, National Policy and Plan, today dubbed as, EXODUS II: LA 2028 instead.

Nonetheless, their agitated recoil at my statement, gave me cause to then become suspicious indeed of White House policy, that perhaps such a sentiment just might exist there, or somewhere in federal government, though not documented.  It’s as though I unintentionally touched a very sensitive nerve.  Again, would this happen to be your policy as well?

The “Bullet Has Been Fired” – The Aerosol Can Spray Has Sprayed – The Toothpaste Is Out of the Tube, etc.

Please, Mr. Olivet, may we enter into some detailed discussions about this and related matters, such as the credibility of RELOCATION, and Encampment Management, otherwise with this now “hanging in the air”, how can we honestly proceed forward without having answered it, one way or the other?

Thanks and looking forward, as The Most High blesses our work,

Ted Hayes
