Greetings Mr. Jeff Olivet, Shalom!
Sir, as you can see, I’ve copied Ms. Scheider, and Ms. Mathis, whom I had the wonderful pleasure of discussing these matters with she and Ms. Wyse during the last Administration. Also see attachment, “The Options”
As “a voice crying in the wilderness” for 37 years, the day that I have been warning about, apparently has now arrived in which Americans are forced to make a decision concerning homeless persons that will determine the fate of Our imperfect Union, and as to whether Our Republic is kept free, or not.
What we a nation are now confronted with is not about homelessness resolution, but rather, the primary objective is the salvation of our free, but paid for in blood of patriots, nation. Homelessness resolution is the simply the catalyst by which the USA is saved from its own internal destruction.
In forecasting this trending, impending homelessness-caused, national security disaster, to this date, Justiceville is the only NGO presenting a practical, comprehensive, strategically devised resolution that prevents our stumble into an American form of Nazi-like fascism, by a misguide relocation of homeless persons strategy.
Unlike that which former, Hon. US President, Donald Trump recently presented, i.e., huge tent cities with supposed amenities, outside urban centers on “cheep” land, We instead advocate the necessary, Presidential, Executive Ordered, HUMANE, homeless themselves, VOLUNTARY RELOCATION with the aide of the military as it equipped for such an CIVILIAN-led operation to properly equipped and developed, socially mixed, public properties outside of urban centers, in what Justiceville dubs, EXODUS II: LA 2028.

Trump Evolves The Homelessness Narrative Into Relocation Discussions
It now appears in this second half of 2022, that the clarion scenario-day of which I forecasted 37 years ago has finally, unfortunately, or even fortunately dawned, that relocation is finally being openly discussed, in large part due to the recent comments of Donald Trump.
Whether inadvertently or purposefully for cause of opening and stimulating this necessary discussion, he has liberated what was once considered publicly unspeakable, or secretly whispered “behind closed doors”, but is now emerging into open, public discussion.
This discussion of relocation is the last gasp measure-alternative to the failed policies of “mainstreaming”, it just what, who, where, when, and how will it be conducted.
Of course, the question is “where?” Such is the same situation with “mainstreaming”. To where?
Relocation of Homeless Culture Is Now, Necessity
Agree or disagree with, like or dislike Mr. Trumps relocation ideals, the fact of the matter is, the man is correct.
An objective survey will reveal that upon knowing the only remaining options to the failed institutionalized, homelessness industrial complex (IHIC), 98% the American people agree with the ideal of “relocation”.
The Ironic Trump Administration’s USICH Response
Ironically, when I brought this matter up to the Trump Administration’s USICH, they irrationally rebuffed me, saying that no such policy or doctrine is written or discussed in the White House, and queried as to where did I get such “false notions” and “misinformation”.
At which point, I replied that it was not accusatory of the White House of military enforced relocation, but rather, that it was/is a growing sentiment in the effected, besieged neighborhoods, and that we must get out in front of and thereby prevent it by implementing the Ideals of EXODUS II: LA 2028 instead.
Nonetheless, their agitated recoil at my statement, gave me cause to then become suspicious indeed of White House policy, that perhaps such a sentiment just might exist there, or somewhere in federal government, though not documented. It’s as though I unintentionally touched a very sensitive nerve.
The Bullet Has Been Fired – The Aerosol Can Spray Has Sprayed – The Toothpaste Is Out of the Tube, etc.
However, since Trumps statement, the matter of relocation is now politically correct enough to openly discuss it one way or the other, then this is what we must immediately do, as what we reasoned of it will determine what kinds of programs to implement accordingly.
Warning: Mr. Trump says that he can relocate the masses of homeless person scattered throughout the country in “1 day”. The only governmental entity that is capable of such an operation is the Presidential federalized, State National Guards, with full military enforcement is needed.
Relocation? The questions are: When, What, How, Where, Who?
Actually, the vast majority of “homeless” persons would rather take the risk of relocation from the turbulent currents of stress-filled “mainstream” society, than to stay in the streets inhumanly languishing away. See “Mainstream Resistance” at https://domesticpeacecorps.org/mstr/
In past motivational themes supposedly designed to “end” homelessness culture or to “mainstream” its inhabitants, was first, “jobs, jobs, jobs – first”, later followed by that of “housing, housing, housing – first”, both which has failed.
Apparently, to implement both agendas simultaneously is a now admitted practicality, subsequently, the growing and correct theme is now, “relocation, relocation, relocation”.
Contrarily, the Justiceville themes has always been “Justice, Justice, Justice -First”, by Presidential Executive Ordered, strategic, comprehensive, humane (non-militarily enforced) relocation to lands where permanent housing, gainful employment, as well entrepreneur opportunity exist.
See “Government Chartered Townships” https://domesticpeacecorps.org/town/ | Strategic Transitioning From ‘The Streets” Onto Federal Lands” https://nf2now.com/str-fedland/
Hence, this kind of established Justice, ensures Domestic Peace, which leads to “a more Perfect Union”, i.e., the American Dream quest, according the US Constitutions Preamble.
Research of media news, documentaries, including the voluminous amounts of documents that I have written on this relocation matter reveals that the Justiceville mantra has been presented to local and federal governments, particularly HUD funded LAHA, and The White House’s, USICH of 2019, dating back to preceding Presidential Administrations of the late, Hon. George H.W. Bush (41), and therefore, lawfully and morally must now be considered by this present Biden Administration.
In calculating the decades in which billions of tax-payers dollars wasted on now proven to be failed the social services outreach entities and their programs, homelessness culture is far worse than ever with no relief on the horizon, has led to 3 options for resolution, two being inhumane, and the other sane, humanely practical, therefore, achievable.
As you know sir, this experience is particularly poignant as it relates to American African, black citizens, who are the singular victims of British & Americas the total 400 plus years of systematic racism against them/us.
The habitual practices, i.e., customs, cultures, including unjust laws, statutes, ordinances, regulations, etc., that were generated by 245 years of enforced chattel slavery (1619-1865), and the immediate transition into that of 99 years (1866-1964) of legislated, racial discrimination, i.e., Jim Crowism, are the foundations of today’s systems of racism.
Though the laws of slavery and Jim Crowism has been eliminated, the subsequent effects of these two succeeding travesties continues today as manifested by the disproportionate rates of societal maladies of black citizens, homelessness being their ultimate, visible manifestation.
See 2008 Official Congressional Resolution HR #194 (Simple), Apology For Slavery and Jim Crowism,
5. Whereas the system of slavery and the visceral racism against persons of African descent upon which it depended became entrenched in the Nation’s social fabric;
9. Whereas the system of Jim Crow laws officially existed into the 1960’s–a century after the official end of slavery in America–until Congress took action to end it, but the vestiges of Jim Crow continue to this day;
10. Whereas African-Americans continue to suffer from the consequences of slavery and Jim Crow–long after both systems were formally abolished—through enormous damage and loss, both tangible and intangible, including the loss of human dignity and liberty, the frustration of careers and professional lives, and the long-term loss of income and opportunity;
Pleases attached “The 3 Calculated Options”
1. Leave as is, i.e., encampment “management” forever, which is unsustainable in every consideration from economic, public health and safety (physical & psychological) for all concerned
2. Relocation
A. EXODUS II: LA 2028, voluntary which is within keeping our Republican Form of Governments’ high standards of freedom and liberty, etc.
B. Military enforcement – involuntary, which destroys our US Constitution
Therefore, either implement the ideals of EXODUS II: LA 2028 or it’s the military enforcement option
Thanks again for our continuing conversations,
May The Most High GOD Who Rules in all governments of human beings, setting over them whoever HE wills, even the worse of them, bless us in this endeavor of and for justice.
