Given the enormous amount of smart work that must be done, we are requesting a support letter from the Hon. US President, Joe R. Biden to assist us to collaborate with the local, LA stakeholders, who as you said, also share this morally correct 2028 Olympic initiative.
In doing so, the President will significantly inspire unprecedented, much needed, positive, unifying hope in everyone (local, national and international) to begin doing the very best within their present capacities to partner with USICH in meeting this BOLD initiative.
Precedent-Setting Support of President Clinton with Justiceville’s International Ventures
To demonstrate my international capabilities, an unexpected and wonderful incident occurred in the Autumn of 1999 between the governments of USA, United Kingdom, including the British Royal Family, Northern Ireland, and myself, i.e., the Justiceville, Dome Village, Compton Cricket Cricket Club (CCC) of primarily comprised of black homeless men and young, Hispanic-Latino, Mexican “at risk” boys in the City of Compton.
In fact, my agents are presently in negotiations with the Walt Disney Studios to make a feature film or Netflix type series on the unusual, good feeling, human interest incident.
In a series of emails, I will sending you a copy of the letter from the Hon. US President Willian J. “Bill” Clinton to Justicevilles’ CCC, “Homies & the POPz cross-generational, Cricket team.
Via the international sport of Cricket, second only to world soccer, President Clinton endorsed of our Cricket teams’ journey to Northern Ireland with intention of helping to break the stalemated Accords of caused by the two stubbornly non-trusting of each other belligerents.

As you can imagine, given our intentions of world justice and peace, along with Mr. Clinton’s encouraging remarks, many more such high level letters were issued to us, as well as actual in-person visitations from the members of the English Royal Family, as our “wacky” venture was personally sponsored HRH Prince Edward, youngest son of HRM Queen Elizabeth who with the Home Office and Prime Minister at Number 10, Downy Street, sanctioned it.
Breaking The 1998, Northern Ireland “Good Friday, Peace Accord”
From “behind the scenes” in Belfast, we successfully and significantly influenced the breaking of the stalled, 1998 “Good Friday Peace Accord”.
It was my “crazy”, unprecedented, Civil Rights-homelessness-Cricket oriented, strategic plan, which inspired and encouraged the break, because the negotiators of the British and Northern Ireland governments, the latter represented by the “notorious” duo of former Irish Republican Army leaders, Sinn Fein, it’s political wing, the Hon. Jerry Adams and the late, Hon. Martin McGuinness of Sinn Fein, with the ardent support of N.I. Secretary of State, the late, Hon. Mo Molam, to implement it.
To everyone’s surprise, who understandably initially scoffed at the strategy except me, we together accomplished what nobody else in the world, at the time could. We broke and thawed the stalemate!
In fact, my agents are presently in discussions with Disney to produce a feature film about it.
(It’s my intention to someday, achieve a Nobel Peace Prize for the individuals who made it happen, which will include Mr. Clinton, Adams, Martin, Molam, and to the leaders of the Protestant movement. Will later explain details!
By the way to everyone’s thankful surprise, the British Royal Family and The Home Office, okayed my dangerous “gamble” to break the stale mate which significantly paved the way for future Accord extensions to the 1999, whereby since that incredible moment at Stormont, the national capital, Northern Ireland has been at peace.
Nonetheless, it was the influence of both President Clinton, and the Royal Family which opened the doors whereby a unique, American African, black male, US citizen, Civil Rights/Homelessness Resolution activist, was mutually granted authority by the two, hard fast stubborn, belligerents that allowed my to intervene into their international affairs, thereby making peace between them.
Of course, I can go on with this kind of international lived, experiential endeavors of good will to all, and many other significant letters, but won’t, as time and space does not permit at this time.
Therefore, we, the A-Team is now asking that President Biden follow in the legacy of President Clinton, by grant a similar support letter acknowledging and encouraging the initiative of our Wednesday, September 21, 2022, official launching of EXODUS II: LA 2028 Campaign in Venice Beach.
This supportive letter of the Hon. US President, Joe R. Biden, will essentially and simply say what you have already said of the 2028 endeavor, that he agrees with the sentiments of the LA stakeholders, and everyone in American and abroad concerning our BOLD Objective.
In terms of the “Exodus” vision you and your colleagues are proposing, it is a bold one indeed to eliminate all unsheltered homelessness by Opening Day of the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles.
I know many local stakeholders at the City of Los Angeles, the County of Los Angeles, LAHSA, and multiple service providers share your vision of significantly reducing unsheltered homelessness throughout the region, though perhaps not quite as specific as your proposal suggests.
The more we all work together towards a common goal and process, the better the outcomes.
As with President Clinton, President Biden will have the same unifying effects that is needed to lead all of us into that gloriously victorious day on July 14th OPENING DAY of The 2028 LA Olympics.

The British Royal Family Factor
Actually, before HRH Prince Edward’s personal December 11,1993 visit with us at Dome Village, wherein he, along his equerry, hosted by the LA British Council General, met with my assistant, Katy Haber and me within my dome office and adjacent sleeping quarters at the Dome Village December 10, 1999.
Of course, he then invited to visit him in his apartment at Buckingham Palace, of which, later, we did to have a “spot of tea”.
This has previous roots in the November, 1992 visit of Prince Edwards’ elder brother, HRH Crown Prince Charles, in that while conducting a forum at the Main La Library, out of the “full house” crowd attending, including public and private sector dignitaries, et al, I was the only person publicly called out, asked to stand, and acknowledged the “brilliant”, innovative work of Dome Village.
As you can imagine the “wow”, to everyone’s surprise. Who knew?!? Then if that wasn’t enough, during the reception, HRH Prince Charles walked up to formally introduced himself to me, while shaking my hand, and he further complemented my works.
