  • Senior Real Estate Manager for the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority, managing multi-billion-dollar acquisition of property for Metro-Rail and Metrolink projects in Los Angeles.
  • Campus Operations Manager for the University of California Irvine, managing a $1.2 billion campus expansion program.
  • Senior Campus Project Manager for the LA Trade Tech College, on a $700 million campus modernization program.
  • Project Manager for the Port of Long Beach (POLB), managing development of $400 million Long Beach World Trade Center Complex.
