Let # 20, Ms. Schneider: Justiceville: Asset To The USICH Late September Roll Out of Strategic Plan

Greetings Ms. Schneider, Shalom!
Perhaps, in previous emails, I have sent you the below and attached information in audio-video form.
Nonetheless, in concentrated form, here they are again.

Before the late September roll out of the White House Strategic Plan, the whole staff of USICH, even they of the Domestic Policy Council, needs to closely view, study, and subsequently discuss with A-Team their content.
Observance of their contents would prove highly prudent to the late September USICH Plan White House roll out, as the package presents the best, comprehensive, “lived experiential” view and understanding of the unabated, but growing encampment movement, ever harder gripping (reluctantly becoming more established)  of local communities and neighborhoods throughout our Republic, thereby being a public health and safety, national security to the Union.
Also, in the midst of an ever divided We the People, and the stress of confusion everywhere, notice in the clips and sound tracks, a spirit of conciliatory cooperation to humanely resolve homelessness culture and its “mainstream” causes, i.e., systems of racism in particular.
Keeping in mind, that as its central figure, they present my character as most qualified person(s) for USICH to work closely with.
It would be remiss of me to the American peoples to not press forward my person as possessing the most unique, combined “lived experiences” of both homelessness culture, being a 71 years mature, American African, male, black descendant of chattel slaves and Jim Crow survivor, identified in the US Constitution via the 1866-68 Civil Rights/14th Amendment Act, to be a federal citizen, of “super” citizenship status…thereby having plenty of good resource information to bring to “the table” of togetherness.
Surely, the contents of this information is worthy of your examining time (as much of its was/is primarily USICH-HUD funded”, as it will prove to be a huge, supporting asset for the Plan which USICH will present to the President of the United States (POTUS) for his approve for his late September, White House roll out.
Thank you kingly for your earnest attention, as this “stuff” was/is highly experience expensive to achieve, affecting and costing many lives, effectuated by the hard, earnestly smart work of many activist homeless persons themselves, the Domestic Peace Corps (DPC), and our friendly, allied supporters over these last 37 years.  Let it not go wasted!
The Most High gracious bless us all in this epic endeavors for good of all humanity,
Ted Hayes
