Greetings Ms. Schneider, Shabbat Shalom!
Thanks for returning my initial phone call yesterday, Friday, the 29th. At the time, I was a lunch with one of my attorney friends who has 25 credible years with the DOJ, and I couldn’t break away as we had been looking to speak with each for a while.
Of course, among the topics of discussion was about our growing relationship with USICH, particularly its aspects relating to the DOJ at “the table” of Council, to investigate and prosecute “systemic racism”.
This is so, because system racism, whether in form of government and private entities, individual persons, and/or groups violates the codified, enshrined, embedded into the Constitution by the 14th Amendment, 1866 “Birthright” Civil Rights Act, federal, “super” citizenship status of American Africans, i.e., black citizens.”
Note: The term, “black citizens” is derived from Section 1, of the First Civil Rights Act of the USA in which as Americans of willing immigration heritage and inheritance, being self-identified as “white citizens” are delineated from The Law’s Subject Beneficiaries, the exclusive experience of the 245-years of “involuntary servitude” (generations-destroying chattel slavery), as “white citizens”, subsequently classifying them to be “black citizens”.
“and to full and equal benefit of all laws and proceedings for the security of person and property, as is enjoyed by white citizens”.
As USICH understands, this matter is yet to be fully experienced by black citizens, which has since its enactment been greatly stymied by systemic racism to this manifested day.
This is an imperative discussion that we must have very soon, as it pertains to resolving “systemic racism”. In fact, the outcomes of this discussion will determine how USICH and A-Team goes forward, if at all.
In order for A-Team to move forward, since our very meaningful, July 20th zoom session, we would like to request to know your assessment of our Zoomer.
1. Including the information sent to you prior to the Zoomer, what do you understand what we are seeking us the POTUS, i.e. USICH?
2. What was reported to Mr. Olivet?
3. What is Mr. Olivet’s sentiments at this time?
4. Was session beneficial to USICH in your strategy making?
5. Would you please write us a summary our conversation, disclose USICH’s present position of concerning what we seek from POTUS, by which we can properly assess, clarify any USICH’s concerns, and also make strategic plan our next step.
6. Since initial discussions between you and me, up until now, is our relation in good developing mode?
The generally sentiment of the Team is that it was a good and positive first step session and are looking forward to our next.

We believe for The Most High’s blessing upon us all as we together work to humanely resolve homelessness culture and its “mainstream” societal causes, such as systemic racism.
