In late September 2019, Mr. Benjamin Hobbs and USICH invited my Team into a relationship, which included two White House visits, and several phone and email communications until late December…then COVID hit, laying the matter dormant until now under the Biden Administration.

Note: Ms. Rexanah Wyse and Ms. Tanya Mathis can attest to our then, unique USICH relationship, of which we seek to continue.

As the USICH stated in 2021, that from the input of a bevy of information from individuals and entities throughout our nation for the constructing a strategic national plan to be revealed by 2022, since then, is there an available document that describes it from beginning to end objective?  If so, may we receive a copy?  Thanks.

Unfortunately, not being aware of the 2021 USICH campaign, we were not able to assist the effort.

However, with the looming increase in numbers and complexities of homelessness, which is primarily due to the growing “hurricane economy” recession, perhaps now is the optimum opportunity for resuming our direct participation with USICH.

Further, in light of the coming increases, apparently the strategies of 2021already weren’t working, at least not here in the Homelessness Capital, that is, before pre-COVID homelessness emanating like a continuing, expanding explosion from the roots and foundation of the early 1980’s “Reagan Recession”.

Therefore, its time for “reset” in what USICH is looking to from the America’s constituents that have concerned themselves with humane, homelessness culture resolution.
