As a very significant and driving impetus, “child’s puzzle” piece, we the A-Team would like to offer you, USICH-White House, The President of the United States (POTUS), EXODUS II: LA 2028 Olympic GOLD Homelessness Resolution objective, being based on your response letter, which is much appreciated, by which our adjustments can me be made. This is one!
“In terms of the “Exodus” vision you and your colleagues are proposing, it is a bold one indeed to eliminate all unsheltered homelessness by Opening Day of the 2028 Olympics in Los Angeles.
I know many local stakeholders at the City of Los Angeles, the County of Los Angeles, LAHSA, and multiple service providers share your vision of significantly reducing unsheltered homelessness throughout the region, though perhaps not quite as specific as your proposal suggests.
The more we all work together towards a common goal and process, the better the outcomes.”
“Moving forward, I will look to see how your coalition is building and would be interested to hear more about how your vision and work can connect with other local stakeholders as we all focus on the end goal of ending homelessness in Los Angeles and indeed the nation.”
As you can imagine, we are ecstatically thankful to USICH’s insight of appreciating the bold initiative of EXODUS II: LA 2028 Olympics, and also, that you believe that the many local stakeholders at the City of Los Angeles, the County, LAHSA, and multiple service providers share your, our mutual vision and work.
Therefore, we deem it correct and proper protocol to offer to the White House as the primary “originator” and therefore, Lead Stakeholder in this matter.
When it comes to the government and private stakeholders, in order for us to fulfill the “heavy lift” task that the USICH staff is not equipped with personnel for, an “official” memo, i.e., “passport” from the Lead Stakeholder to them of our assignment, would of course, eliminate “red tape” of politics, race and social class status, thereby open the necessary “doors”, for us to do so.
Further, such memo would immensely help us to greater and more rapidly build that necessary coalition whereby we can increase our assistance to the USICH Strategic Plan of action.
Example: Imagine the optics, Justiceville, with the “crown jewels” of Tri-City Collaboration of Compton, Beverly Hills, Malibu, along with SCAG, LA, USA, International Olympic Committees, and “Southern California Association of Governments), et al, launches and gains huge notoriety for EXODUS II: LA 2028 Olympics, and the White House is not in front as the Lead Initiator, in/of such a major, international attention getting venture.
Along all the other Olympic stakeholders, including the aforementioned entities, non-White House Presidential leadership in this matter is something that we don’t want the world to see, even as we don’t want to see the ugliness of the 1984 LA Olympics, the “sweeping” and “leaf blowing” homeless, US citizens away, out of sight of the world.
This whole process is of mutual benefit to all Olympic stakeholders, and being that you, Ms. Schneider is the California-Arizona USICH Representative, it’s only fitting that under your auspices such a movement would naturally be conceived, nurtured out of the Homelessness Capital of the America, and comparatively that globally, of which Mr. Olivet will introduce our epic venture to the President of the POTUS to share with the world of anticipating civil nations.
The Olympic Committees Interest
Everyone of age, remembers the ugliness of what occurred to homeless, US citizens in Los Angeles, the most visible world class city on earth, during its’ 1984 Olympic, under the then mayor, the Hon. Tom Bradley, the first black individual as such.
Therefore, it is in the interest to the International Olympic Committee partner with USICH-POTUS power and Justiceville A-Team, that it might rectify its ugly, 1984 Los Angeles past as well as learning to prevent such shame in future Summer Olympiads conducted in other nations, where this behavior is also inhumanely practiced.
However, imagine again, on that day in late September of the Presidents’ public announcement of the USICH Plan, and the Tri-City mayors standing present in person with him, that he also proclaims, the launching of EXODUS II: 2028 LA Olympic GOLD Homelessness Resolution.
with such an early launching, there will be the kind of joyously hopeful impetus from everyone American and world to work together towards accomplishing regardless of political affiliations.
The sooner that we together in mutual partnership get busy on laying the foundations and “scaffolding” for constructing this Olympian size edifice of justice and healing, the more likely that the July 14th OPENING DAY pronouncement of this unprecedented in world history objective has been soundly accomplished.
One can imagine the thunderous shout of hopeful joy from everyone in the stadium and around the globe, who participated with whatever amount, size, level or kind in our united, short, 6 year run to that great, summer OPENING DAY, 2028, when the success of this is announced.
Today, we filed for our DBA, and will begin to arrange a news release, as well as a special, public event in Venice Beach, California in September.
