Greetings Ms. Schneider, Shalom!
So that we are clear.
EXODUS II: LA 2008 is not about getting USICH support “to help us” construct a shelter, nor starting or operating a homeless service project, at least not at this time.

Such must wait until our first matters of ensuring that there is continuing strategizing partnership with USICH, which is based on your invitation to folks like us to assist you with developing the strategic national plan of the POTUS,

This is why we have assembled this most impressive array of prominent individuals and entities in the capacities of their professional expertise as it relates to this matter of humanely resolving homelessness cultures by the July14th OPENING DAY Ceremonies of the 2028, LA Summer Olympics.

The more our Team study’s White House USICH policies on this matter, the more we celebrate our great, dove-tailing, mutual commonality with you of understanding how to humanely resolve encampment homelessness culture.

Here in America’s national capital of homelessness, Attorney Carol Sobel and me are the “co-parents” of the encampment movement, our presently, wild and unruly “child”, which born in October 1985 via and Jury Trial decision of not guilty for trespassing, due to the “Defense of Necessity”.

Later, I will present to you a more detailed explanation, all of which will assist USICH to better understand with your dealing with, and how to properly address it from one of its originators.

In other words, as such, I know how to break, tame and manage this now “rebellious teenager” encampment movement.  Perhaps “the encampment whisperer”!

A necessary, even most central element of EXODUS II: LA 2028, is the Domestic Peace Corps (DPC), of which this particular matter, like all aspects of encampment culture, can only be implemented by the POTUS Executive Order(s), which is precisely what Justiceville presented 37 years ago.

However, like the 1999 JSAP document as well as the Government Resolutions, the matter is far more poignant today that when they were first enacted.
