A Massive, Comprehensive Benefit To General Society
This initial implementation of the Justiceville EXODUS, is based on the philosophies of homelessness, gained by the unique, 21years, experiences of Ted Hayes, voluntarily in its’ midst.Managed vs “Wild” Encampments: Which Is Comprehensively Better?
Note: Eight (8) years on sidewalks of Skid Row | thirteen (13) years in Dome Village
In this timely matter, society has two (2) options for resolving the homelessness culture, they are:
- Inhumanely Continue to tolerate “wild”, or non-managed, therefore unsustainable encampments, until the kind, public opinion tolerance is frustratingly drained, and will therefore, subsequently resort to dangerous, self-destructive, reactionary, draconian measures, such as that of dreaded, military enforcement.
Note: Justification for such action, is based on homelessness entrapped, US citizens naturally are the public health and safety, “public enemies, # one”, of whom it is impossible for local law enforcement entities to massively, systematically, rapidly, simultaneously, regionally and nationally, address. Only the military has such resources, and organizational capabilities!
- Humanely, Implement Phase 1 of EXODUS, the official, government sanctioned, Justiceville II – The Domestic Peace Corps (DPC), Training Encampment
Post training, DPS Workers will amalgamate, i.e., “capture”, “tame”, or, Manage and transform selected “wild” encampments within certain “targeted” neighborhoods, in consent and cooperation with its residents, and local, designated, law enforcement entities
This initial process develops a symbiotic relationship, until the transforming, encampment residents, are voluntarily transitioned to further EXODUS phases, and localities. Cooperatively, this action restores neighborhoods back to their rightful residents.
Taming of the “Wild” Encampments
By official, government authorization, Ted Hayes, the original (“O.G.” – Original Gentleman) DPC worker and his selected team will operate “manage”, the Justiceville II: DPC training encampment, in similar fashion of the notorious, unwritten “containment of homelessness policy”, so as it was in the 1985 to present day, these “wild” encampments are also unofficially sanctioned.
As a de facto, co-parent with Ms. Carol Sobel, Esq. of the encampment movement since October, 1985, Ted can and will “capture”, “tame”, “train”, i.e., manage, their “monstrous” offspring.See “Justiceville, Part I”, the 1988 Emmy Award winning documentary by Gary Glaser at,
