The Rebirth, or Second Coming, or Return of Justiceville, or Justiceville II, or Justiceville 2.0, is the initiating spark of dynamite, and first “booster” of a multi-stage rocket to a “moon” destination.
Code named “EXODUS”, the Justiceville Comprehensive, Strategic National Policy and Plan that humanely resolves homelessness culture and the societal causes of such, also known as EGIIP (Exodus Genesis Incentive Initiative Plan), short for “National Homeless Plan” (NHP), is the basic “blueprint” that guides our “trek” to its ultimate objective.
Planned Communities Outside of Urban Centers
Apart from policy, the programed, systematic objective of EXODUS is the outside of urban centers, creation, development of a mixed populating of a fully functioning, government-chartered city, township, village, i.e., communities, consisting of their distinct neighborhoods, etc., in the Los Angeles, California region, as the national and global model.
