WH Let 15: A-Team To “The Union Threatening Homelessness Dilemma of Our Republic Part I & II”

Please view this as another at this time, detached “puzzle piece” to the schematic image of the broad-based, comprehensive, strategic, national policy and plan that humanely resolve homelessness and its “mainstream” societal causes.

It’s my view that before, practical programs for homelessness resolution can be properly applied, as the operation to heal a patient, there first must be a policy of diagnosis, followed by prognosis and prescribed remedy, as well as recovery therapy.  

This is the most important piece of the policy puzzle therefore, it is imperative that we together begin to immediately address and explore this in more, direct details.

The Union Threatening Homelessness Dilemma of Our Republic. Part I

At the conclusion of the ratification of the September 17, 1787, US Constitution, Benjamin Franklin proclaimed that its architect legislators had given We the People its Preamble ordered law-enforcement body politic of Unionized Colonies of America, a Republic, as stated in Article 4, Sec. 4.

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government…”

Ironically, or strategically chosen by his fellow founding fathers, Mr. Franklin, at the time, the leading, foremost abolitionist activists in America against chattel slavery in America, announced,

“We have given you a Republic, If you can keep it”

Therefore, along with his astute colleagues of our new nation, Mr. Franklin knew that the greatest imperfection of the Union Republic was chattel slavery, and its’ devastating, generational aftermaths, even as we now experience today.

Of all the various imperfections of the USA body politic chattel slavery is the sacred soul wound of which if not healed, will be sacred fatality of the American Experiment.

Today, 245 years since our Declaration of Independence from the tyrannical, monarchal military suppression, and oligarchism, etc., the Republic has now staggered close not being Kept, the Union lost, not experienced since our Civil War (1861-1865) 161 years ago.

This nation threatening condition and situation is based on We the People’s thus far, inability to obey the founding fathers Preamble Order “to more perfect the Union, establish Justice, and ensure Domestic Tranquility”, etc.

Even though post our Republic’s most sacred domestic war was won by the Americans of Republican Ideals of freedom and liberty, which includes those intended for American Africans chattel slaves, i.e., the Triad Amendments of the 13th, 14th, 15th, etc., being based on the January 1, 1863 Emancipation Proclamation issued by President Abraham Lincoln, to rectify the generation-destroying chattel slavery, the matter of “black lives” has become dangerously, more Union-threatening than ever.

The most visible manifestation of the national security threat is homelessness culture, as you know is “forensically” traced directly to the generations of 245 years this nation’s suppression of American Africans, resulting in today systems of racism.

Also as you know, the federalized, American African, black citizens are the disproportionate predominance of homelessness, righteously correct are the famous comments of the Hon. Public Servant, Maxine Waters,

“Homelessness is the ultimate statement of what’s wrong within society.”

Indeed, there are a myriad of manifested consequences derived from 400 years of systematic, unwarranted, and yet unrequited injustices against American Africans/us, the second most visible to that of homelessness culture, is the self-genocide of what the DOJ cites as circa 7,500, young black boys and men, die by the gunfire at the hands of their fellows, which leads to long stints of incarceration and cemeteries.

Note: This disproportionate, negative national social statistic excludes the thousands wounded by gunfire, as well those killed and maimed by blunt force of bats, clubs, bricks, fists and feet, or sharp objective, i.e., knives, shives, etc.

The Union Threatening Dilemma of Our Republic Part II
Unfortunately, as will all other American African related calamities driving Our Republic’s domestic and foreign national affairs, their/our homelessness makes them/us the predominant victims of the fast approaching, but unintended, impending disaster of unresolved homelessness.

The proper, Constitutional resolution of homelessness culture, is now Our Republics’ unexpectedly the dilemma, having four options, they being:

1.     “Mainstreaming”, i.e., locating the masses of homeless persons into housing, affordable and otherwise, is now and growing accepted impracticality

2.     Encampment Intolerance, The present state of encampment homelessness cultures, is economically unsustainable, geo-physically impractical, and public health and safety intolerably impossible

Note: Such as state of human existence, particularly in abundant country, is causing growing psychologically (emotional, intellectual) disease which is far more dangerous than the contagions caused by “vermin living”

3.     Military Enforced Relocation, The only option left is what former President Donald Trump recently proposed, which is an ugly topic only whispered in secret among trusted colleagues, or simply held in individual, private thoughts, the dreaded, Republic-destroying, forced relocation into large tent cities on “cheap” land outside of urban center.

According to Mr. Trump, this forced internment for indefinite residency, due to the high costs of  “mainstream” society, this operation can be accomplished in “1-day”, of which alarmingly, too many homelessness encampment complaining Americans should be happy with, being so swift.

Note: The only governmental entity capable of such a broad, rapid operation is the military in the form of federalized State National Guard units.

However and thanking GOD, the Central Figure of the Declaration of Independence, and HE Who ordered President Abraham Lincoln to issue the January 1, 1863 Emancipation Proclamation, there is a fourth and logical option, which is that of EXODUS II: LA 2028 Olympics

Hopefully, soon, the A-Team will be able to enlist the direct partnership of the USICH together, with the authorities of Presidential Executive Orders, to implement the ideals of a vast, humane voluntary relocation effort into real, traditional, and new technological, green, self-sustaining, mixed communities.

Granted, though a bit slower that the military option i.e., six years from todays’ date, our unique, unprecedented partnership is the correct, just, human one that will Save the Union and Keep Our Republic, as well as be a model of which all nations will emulate.

We can achieve the grand objective of EXODUS II: LA 2028 Olympics which is, by the July 14th OPENING DAY of the Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, homeless culture will have been humanely resolve through America, beginning naturally with LA, being its National Capital and that of homeless miliary veterans.
