The Decades Old, National Homelessness Capital’s Foundation For POTUS Executive Order(s)
Re: The Decades Old, National Homelessness Capital’s Foundation For POTUS Executive Order(s)
Greetings Ms. Schneider, Shalom!
As you know, the 37 years, continuing, Justiceville movement is not seeking assistance from the White House US Interagency Council On Homelessness (USICH) to merely construct yet another among thousands, “innovative”, homelessness, social service outreach program.
Rather, from its 1985 beginnings in Skid Row, the heart, “ground 0” and “black hole vortex” of the Los Angeles, the National Capital of Homelessness, as though from a wilderness of indifference, financial greed, and political gain, has consistently called for and instructed direct, US President of the United States (POTUS) intervention.
The POTUS Executive Order Foundation
The President is summoned by three (3) governmental jurisdictions in the forms of non-legally binding Resolutions, they are, the Cities of LA and Santa Monica; one (1) such Resolution from LA Country Board of Supervisors (BOS); including an ad hoc, or unofficial communique by a collaboration of legendary, “top cop” leaders of Law Enforcement Departments, including two related associations.
Due to the tenacious lobbying of the Justiceville activist who were homeless persons themselves, supported by their/our wonderful, housed allies, essentially, these afore mentioned government entities have summoned, and continue to summon from these living documents, the POTUS to immediately execute a comprehensive, strategic, national policy and plan that humanely resolves homelessness culture and its “mainstream” causes.
Of course, Justiceville calls this, EXODUS II: 2028
Below are what we call:
The Triad Governmental Resolutions and the JSAP.
See attached and JSAP https://nf2now.com/jsap-1999/ | “Unified Action Plan” https://nf2now.com/jsap-r/
A. LA City Council Resolution, October 1998, authored by American African, US citizens, black Council Woman, the Hon. Rita Walters (D
B. LA County Board of Supervisors, January 6, 1999, authored by American African, US citizen, black Supervisor Woman, the Hon. Yvonne Braithwaite-Burke (D)
C. LA City Council Resolution, 2011, authored by the Hon. Jan Perry (D)
D. The City of Santa Monica, March 23, 1999, authored by the Hon. Pam O’Conner, Mayor (non-African American, US citizen) (D)
E. The JSAP (Joint Statement and Action Plan of the Law Enforcement Working Group), authored by LA City Attorney, James K. Hahn, and Ted Hayes, Servant Director of Justiveville-Dome Village.
Enacted by these afore mentioned, courageous individuals, their respective, government jurisdictions and departments, these documents be-speaks the sentiment of all the peoples in the National Homelessness Capital and that of military Veterans.
This is a company of American, US citizens worthy of Presidential cooperation.
These unprecedented documents, which are now more poignant than when they were originally enacted 23 years ago, transcends electoral political partisanship, jurisdictional boundaries, uniting all factions into one body politic, has already paved the way for the POTUS to take the necessary, instructed action.
There is no controversy here, only good will and unity. A great foundation for the POTUS to stand on in humanely resolving this homelessness, “surprise”, national security matter.
We can speak a bit more on this later at more convenient times.
This is simply to give you, Mr. Olivet and staff some indication of our presentation to POTUS.
Thanks to you and the USICH team for your great service to We the People,
Blessings with smiles and love,
Ted Hayes
