Ronda Flanzbaum has been part of the Justiceville team since 1993. 
She served as Program Director for the Dome Village transitional community for homeless people, and continues to provide assistance and web services for the organization.
Ms. Flanzbaum also has work experience as research assistant on various studies of homelessness for the RAND Corp and the Veterans Administration (VA). Additionally, she has been employed as a social worker, educator, web designer and researcher in biology, medicine and psychology.
