Greetings Candidate For Public Office,
As a concerned, but very courageous persons seeking public office, proclaiming to have resolution(s) to homelessness culture, that upon your presumed election, you will immediately implement it, your therefore, being cordially invited to participate in an outdoor, public square forum entitled, “Right Here, Right Now! Right To Where?” in the parking lot of the Abbott Kinney Memorial Library in Centennial Park, located at 501, S. Venice Blvd.
Covered by FOX 11 and KTTV, et al, the topic is, not when you are presumably elected to public office, but given your present status as civilian influencer having resources, what are you doing about the huge, illegal, de facto, outdoor, homelessness shelter-encampment surrounding the Venice Beach Library in Centennial Park, which apparently is “officially” operated the City of Los Angeles, but irresponsibly allowed by LA County Health Department, while the latter is neglecting its own State mandate to enforce Welfare Codes 17,000 upon all California counties.
Due to the inability of the respective, responsible government jurisdictions to humanely, non-law enforcement, resolve the encampment matters there, nor anywhere else in the LA region, are subsequently, and inadvertently holding the effected neighborhood residents as public health and safety hostages in violation of county codes.
After wasting billions of tax-payer’s dollars,granted to the advising social services beneficiaries of such money, have clearly demonstrated that the homelessness industrial complex (HIC) that they manage, has failed to humanely resolve it, hence their expensive advice is no longer needed.
As with the HIC, the respective, law enforcement entities, i.e., LAPD, LASD, CAST, CHP are unable to resolve the matter as well, nor should they be able, not so designated.
In light of such reality, combined with the rapid, unprecedented, recession-trending inflation, along with the natural rejection and expulsion0 of the societal “weak” from the extremely stressful, turbulent currents of overpopulated; money-driven; alcohol, street drugs addicted; overabundance of psychotropic, pharmaceutical medicines for mental stabilization; resulting in the ever-expensive, psychotherapy industry (P.T.I.) for psychologically, physiological, unwell of “mainstream” society…of which the homeless have been liberated.
Now being beaten down, rejected, driven and cast out from mainstream society into the dangerous, societal fringes of outlawed public health & safety zones, homeless/un-housed Americans have inadvertently discovered their freedom from the enslavement of societal oppression, and no longer desire that enslaving, suppressive lifestyle that most working class, high tax paying, cost of living citizens are suffering.
They have found tranquility in what most would consider misery.
Yet, the longer that the library engulfment continues unabated, there is greater risk to the health and safety of the residents of both, the encampment as well as the local neighborhood.
Therefore, honored candidate, while your grand, post-election to office is appreciated, the housed residents, the retail and land proprietors, corporate business, the encampment un-housed, and peace officers, together, want to know what you will do about this immediate crisis, “Right Here! Right Now! Right Where?”, and not what you promise to do post presumed election, as this matter is not political, but humanitarian.
Come! Show voters your practical skills by immediately resolving the “riddle” of this particular encampment matter as a model for all neighborhoods under the siege of homelessness culture encampments.
