and bring in hither the poor, and the maimed, and the halt, and the blind.
Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled”
[Jesus/Yahusha Luke 14:1]

“So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests.” [Jesus/Yahusha of the Holy Bible]

The United States Domestic Peace Corps is the primary necessity to effectively and humanely (non-military enforced) address the massive challenges gripping the multitudes of homeless persons, without which, chronic, hardcore, sidewalk, encampment homelessness as such, can’t and won’t be resolved.

Evidently, after a certain season of homelessness dwelling, by necessity or natural law, many individuals and/or families have acclimated, and will acclimate to the environments of chronic, hardcore, sidewalk, encampment homelessness, including surviving “gaming” industrial complex (HIC) generated by its existence.

This acclimation to such homelessness is the natural inclination of human nature that dictates embrace the pain, therefore remain sane.

In other words, these homeless human beings have found, and even enjoy a certain kind of tranquility within their conditions of misery.

Subsequently, the sidewalk-encampment homeless persons no longer have nor want the incentives to be so called rehabilitated (from substance misuse) and job trained by outreach social services, seeking to re-enter or for the time, enter them into “hardworking”, tax-paying, worthless, race-racing, burdens of mainstream of society.

Actually, these homeless persons are rebelling, or resisting the social services, including traditional mission and shelter facilities, as well as the programs leading-tricking them to such, which they consider an insane society.

It appears that circa 95% of US citizens dislike, despise or even hate their occupations even if they are making very good money due to the stresses of making it; while 95% of the homeless whom are mentally and physically capable of holding a “9-5” job are rejecting them, due the causes aforementioned.

An old proverb of truth states, “A person who enjoys their work, is person who never works”. These homeless folks have instinctively figured out this great mystery.

Their resistance is based on disdain of working, or what they consider slavery for insufficient, cost of living wages, paying rent for inadequate housing, utilities, taxes, past debts to family, friends and credit collection services, even alimony and child support, not worth going through the necessary disciplines to achieve the mainstream.  See Mainstream Resistant Homeless

Therefore, as fine and productive as the EGIIP, etc. is or can be, it takes the influences of DPC servant-troopers embedded and acclimated among such homeless persons to lead them out of the homelessness – “paradise” mentality, or they simply and understandably won’t want to leave the comforts of their home.

Essentially, there are people whom dwell in massive houses or mansions, whom in their hearts are homeless; whereas there are those dwelling on sidewalks and encampments, etc., whom are at home.

DPC: Domestic Peace Corps Mission https://domesticpeacecorps.org/mission/ https://domesticpeacecorps.org/mission/#respond Tue, 06 Mar 2018 00:00:20 +0000 https://domesticpeacecorps.org/?p=67 Mission Purpose
The United States Domestic Peace Corps (USDPC) recruits, trains, equips, willing and qualified individuals to be in the service our Union Republic by assisting the Presidential Executive Order based Justiceville’s E.G.I.I.P. (Exodus, Genesis, Incentive, Initiative Plan), which will humanely resolve chronic“, hardcore, sidewalk, encampment homelessness. Coded as: Justiceville EXODUS 2028 (In light of the coming 2028 Los Angeles Olympics)

These “ground 0” servant-Troopers-Workers are amalgamated and embedded within certain designated or selected settlements of homeless individuals and families, i.e., homelessness culture encampment, to serve them “24-7” as helpmates- companions throughout their journeys into the ultimate destined objective.

The embedding of the servant-troopers -workers begins with initial infiltration of homelessness encampments, befriending the residents thereof, thereby gaining their individual and collective trust, in order  to “walk”-lead them all the way through each of the necessary, transitional phases of a Presidential, Executive Ordered objective of EGIIP – EXODUS.

The two ultimate objectives are either, traditional mainstream; or government chartered, socially multi-mixed status populations, 21st Century technology-driven, free market capital enterprise, industrial townshipsSee multi-mixed status populations

The Domestic Peace Corps (DPC) is based-established on the inspiration of two models:

1..The United States Peace Corps (foreign) instituted in and by the authority of the federal government via the aggressive advocacy of late President, the Hon. John Fitzgerald Kennedy (January 1961-November 22, 1963), which is designed and implemented by his brother-law, former Ambassador to France, the Hon. Robert Sargent Shriver.

2..The unprecedented in US history, eight (8) years of voluntarily dwelling in a nomadic state with homeless persons sleeping on the city sidewalk and encampments of Skid Row, dubbed its “Ground 0” and “black hole vortex”, located in the Central City East District of downtown Los Angeles, California, the national, homelessness capital, followed by another 13 years in the Dome Village.

As in the cases of these two models, particularly that of Ted Hayes, amalgamated DPC servant-troopers, being also acclimated with the environment, naturally maintains constant daytime watch and nighttime vigil, of the various homeless populations to whom they are assigned, especially to those whom are physically and mentally challenged.

About the USDPC https://domesticpeacecorps.org/about-the-usdpc/ https://domesticpeacecorps.org/about-the-usdpc/#respond Sat, 14 Apr 2018 07:03:39 +0000 https://domesticpeacecorps.org/?p=692 Essentially, the United States of America, Domestic Peace Corps is about GOD, The Creator of all human beings equally in value to Himself and for His purposes.

Who, in the fortuitous dispensation of our time, has out of the billions of humans throughout the earth, primarily dwelling in urban and suburban centers, has fashioned and set in place certain of us to serve them into sanity, and out of the repetitive madness that we human beings have perpetrated against one another since days of antiquity, or at least the past 5-6,000 years of recorded history.

Being of all ages and several contiguous generations within one, we are the fortunately gifted, talented and equipped in character, personality-attitudes, sensitivity to others senses, spiritually insightful, intelligent, understanding, kind loving to all living creation, faith, hope, bravery, courage, patience, tolerance, patient, understanding, forgiving, peaceful orientation, disciplined, teachable, willingness to sacrifice self for the benefit of others, forgiving, entertaining, willing to follow in order to lead if at all, and communicative, etc.

“And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us.” [Holy Bible, John 1:1,14 – describing the manifestation of the Word of GOD]

Essentially, the US Domestic Peace Corps (USDPC) is the taking of ones highest values, in the celestial, that is, faith in GOD, or whatever higher forces that inspires, and subsequently manifesting them, i.e., making them terrestrial, that is, walk on the earth whereby the creation, primarily human beings can learn what this existence is and for.

This is the dispensation of our time to achieve the lofty and attainable goal of being human as intended, forsaking the old insane existence, to transcend into equitable abundant life for us all, beginning with those whom are extremely destitute of our blessings, such as the homeless.

Hence, the Domestic Peace Corps!

USDPC: Training https://domesticpeacecorps.org/train/ Tue, 06 Mar 2018 00:08:20 +0000 https://domesticpeacecorps.org/?p=74 After acceptance by the United States Domestic Peace Corps administration, all accepted Servant Trooper workers (STW) will be trained extensively in how to function as such.

Initial Training Course

DPC 101: Introduction
Instructor gives an overview of the USDOC is and its function, reasoning, and objective or mission, based on the two primary examples of –

A.  The Peace Corps initiated in 1961 by POTUS, the Hon. John F. Kennedy, designed and implemented by Sergant Shriver into foreign countries

B.  The voluntary experience of Ted Hayes, domestically

DPC 102: Attitudes of Service
This policy is of utmost importance, as it will help the servant-trooper to:

A. win the friendship and trust of the sidewalk, encampment dwellers.

B. keep servant troopers safe, due to silence, observance and ego salvation.

DPC 103: Self Defense
While it’s the first and primary objective of the STW’s to avoid personal, physical violence from any potential irate individual(s), each will be trained in the basics of martial arts, self defense techniques for obvious reasons.

DPC – 104: Basic Psycho and Sociological Understanding
Individuals whom are already knowledgeable, and experienced in these two fields of humanity, are highly encouraged to become a Trooper; whereas those whom are not so trained or/and skilled, will receive adequate such basics as it is extremely needed.

Before Servant Director Ted Hayes voluntarily entered into the world of homelessness, being a self-professed Christian minister, he was already equipped with such experience as being a self taught, lay scholar in these fields, even practiced psychological counseling of troubled individuals and married couples, thereby being equipped to master the myriad of situations ranging from: motivating homeless person to learn and practice civil, community cooperation; mediate peace between belligerents, et al.

DPC – 105: Spirituality
Regardless of Troopers religious, spiritual beliefs, or none, the DPC strongly encourages that they have individual faith in some power or force larger than themselves, if not the GOD, Divine Almighty, Living, Conscientious, Being of the Hebrew Holy Scriptures (The Bible), or even in possess some understanding of natures laws.

As Ted, who is an ardent believer in the Divine Persons and the Laws of Nature Created by HIM, will testify that his 8 years of willing journeying in homelessness of LA city, Skid Row sidewalks, etc., was replete with what some would think are miracles, when they were about  managing the universal principles of survival.  However, there are were also, those actually true miracles that could not have occurred with the divine intervention of the Supreme Mind and Person of GOD.

Without such expressed faith, the DPC will find it very difficult to deploy a Trooper into the encampment front lines, etc.

DPC 106: Street Training For Deployment
The Trooper trainees will taught by first hand experiences of periodical dwelling with trainers on the sidewalks and encampments, etc., to learn how to be accepted in homeless communities and acclimate to the environments.

Housing: 3 Things https://domesticpeacecorps.org/3-things/ https://domesticpeacecorps.org/3-things/#respond Fri, 09 Mar 2018 05:41:06 +0000 https://domesticpeacecorps.org/?p=226
      • Inexpensive or Lowcost housing
      • Inexpensive land
      • Inexpensive permitting
          • Sweep away the regulations
          • Permit exemption
          • A2 Agricultural “Use by Right” camps
  • (1) The shelters must be manufactured and not traditional construction subject to the building code. Domes are an example. The State Health and Safety Code has two sections for housing. One is for traditional governed by the building code. The other covers mobile homes, factory built housing, modular, etc. much of which is in compliance with HUD standards.

    (2) The shelters must be located on low cost land that allows single story manufactured housing. This provides “breathing” space for the homeless. Low cost land is generally at the edge of the city where starter jobs exist like growing their own food. Their is low cost land that is both publicly and privately owned. Both have been identified and plans are being prepared.

    (3) Regulations have been identified as an obstruction to solving the homeless problem. Our proposals rely on existing laws and exemptions to regulations. All we need is for government regulatory agencies to recognize exemptions to regulations and interpret regulations as they are intended. No emergency regulatory waivers are needed.
