Resulting from his unique, unprecedented, willful or voluntary, cognizant, “first hand”, literally “on the sidewalk” dwelling experience, combined with the knowledgeable wisdom that he learned about, and being supported by several generations of Justiceville volunteers, homeless and otherwise, for 37 years, Ted Hayes has tenaciously and consistently present the only, basic, “blueprint” , comprehensive, strategic, national policy and plan that will humanely resolve homelessness, and its mainstream causes, coded, EXODUS II: 2028.
Presently, Ted is working with the Justiceville, White House Negotiating A-Team, created during the Autumn of 2019 from late September to December, developing an epic, unprecedented objective entitled, “EXODUS II: 2028 Los Angeles Olympic GOLD Homelessness Resolution.
This means, by the authority of the necessary Presidential Executive Order(s), supported by the moral partnership of the LA, USA, and International Olympic Committees, we will humanely resolve homelessness culture in LA and every major urban center throughout America.
Having with his wife, Mary Arlene Hayes, President of Justiceville, four children, four granddaughters, one great granddaughter, of which his youngest daughter, Ms. Joanna D. “Fly-Dove, Super Coach”, the 2004, Athens Greece, 110 Meter Hurdles, Olympic Gold Medalist, is the A-Team’s Olympic and all sports, professional and amateur, spokesperson.
